In short

Game Shot Darts runs entirely on your own computer in your home network. Player profiles, photos, games, statistics and camera images stay there; the software sends nothing to us. This website sets no cookies, loads nothing from third parties and collects no statistics.

1. The software

All data you enter in Game Shot Darts or that is created while playing (profiles with name and photo, games, single darts with their position, camera images for improving the detection) is stored only on the computer that runs Game Shot Darts. We do not receive it. You can export and delete it in the app.

If you send us data yourself (for example an export or camera images by email to report a problem), we use it only to handle your request (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR) and delete it afterwards.

2. This website and the downloads

The website and the downloads are delivered through the Cloudflare network. Technically necessary connection data (IP address, time, requested page or file, browser identification) is processed to deliver the site securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Our web server keeps no access logs.

No cookies are set and no fonts, scripts or content are loaded from third parties. If you pick a language on the home page, your browser remembers it locally (localStorage); it is not sent to us.

3. Your rights

You have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15–21 GDPR), and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, e.g. the data protection authority of Lower Saxony. Contact [email protected].
